At L’Atelier, there is something for vegetarians as well. Many vegetarian dishes are proposed and indicated on the menu by a small dedicated sticker. Tempura or Vegetable Samosas, Salads, Veggie Croc, Arrabbiata Pasta, Pizzas (Margarita, Quattro Stagioni or Quattro Formaggi) … our vegetarian guests will be spoilt for choice! Among the famous revisited Mauritian specialties, the vegetable stew gently simmered with spices and cooked in tomato sauce is a must-try.
For our fresh vegetables and herbs, we source as much as possible from local producers, especially in the village of Grand Gaube.
