This privacy policy covers the use of this site managed by MJ DEVELOPPEMENT. It describes our rules concerning the collection, management, processing and storage of personal data submitted as part of our services. When you access our website, we collect a number of different types of information, including the IP address from which you accessed the page, the version and type of browser used to visit the site, the operating system used, the domains and the time of the request.

We cannot use such information to identify the user and it is not our intention to do so. We use the data collected for statistical purposes only, which mainly helps us to improve the content and layout of our website.

3. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE RECOVERY OF PERSONAL DATA?

Please note that none of your personal data is collected through the use of our Google Analytics account, therefore we have no way of identifying who visits our site. d. Google Adwords Remarketing:

We use Google AdWords Remarketing for Internet advertising purposes. The AdWords remarketing program is used to display relevant advertising related to the website pages you visit.

This is done by placing a cookie on your computer. THIS COOKIE WILL NOT IDENTIFY ANY PERSONAL DATA AND WILL NOT AUTHORISE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER. Using the Google AdWords Remarketing program, we are actually capable of tailoring our actions to meet your needs and displaying only the ads that are relevant to you.

e. Facebook: personalised audience pixel (personalised website audience)

A Facebook Personalized Audience Pixel is a piece of JavaScript code installed on each page of your site that collects and transmits user-defined data to Facebook’s marketing program. We use this service to collect information about user behaviour on our site.

Among the information collected by the pixel is the user’s browsing session, which is sent to Facebook along with a hashtag ID and the URL visited by the viewer. Each Facebook user has a unique Facebook ID, regardless of the device used, which helps us follow visitors as they access our site from different types of devices. We use this data for marketing purposes and specifically to deliver targeted advertising through the Facebook advertising platform.

f. Newsletter:

You will only receive promotional information via our newsletter if you agree to let us use your e-mail address for such a purpose. Our site or its member companies will never send you newsletters or promotional e-mails unless you have subscribed to them. By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive emails related to our company. We will use your concern for L’Atelier Restaurant and your personal details to send you information relevant to you. If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter or advertising emails, you can click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.

4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD:

All your data is kept on the CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) EXPERIENCE HOTEL and are deleted after 3 years unless you activate your right to cancellation (art. 17 of the RGPD) within the limit of the legal obligations of data conservation.
