This privacy policy covers the use of this site managed by MJ DEVELOPPEMENT. 3. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE RECOVERY OF PERSONAL DATA?

d. Google Adwords Remarketing:

We use Google AdWords Remarketing for Internet advertising purposes. The AdWords remarketing program is used to display relevant advertising related to the website pages you visit.

This is done by placing a cookie on your computer. THIS COOKIE WILL NOT IDENTIFY ANY PERSONAL DATA AND WILL NOT AUTHORISE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER. e. Facebook: personalised audience pixel (personalised website audience)

A Facebook Personalized Audience Pixel is a piece of JavaScript code installed on each page of your site that collects and transmits user-defined data to Facebook’s marketing program. We use this service to collect information about user behaviour on our site.

Among the information collected by the pixel is the user’s browsing session, which is sent to Facebook along with a hashtag ID and the URL visited by the viewer. Each Facebook user has a unique Facebook ID, regardless of the device used, which helps us follow visitors as they access our site from different types of devices. f. Newsletter:

You will only receive promotional information via our newsletter if you agree to let us use your e-mail address for such a purpose. Our site or its member companies will never send you newsletters or promotional e-mails unless you have subscribed to them. By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive emails related to our company. We will use your concern for L’Atelier Restaurant and your personal details to send you information relevant to you. If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter or advertising emails, you can click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.

4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD:

All your data is kept on the CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) EXPERIENCE HOTEL and are deleted after 3 years unless you activate your right to cancellation (art. 17 of the RGPD) within the limit of the legal obligations of data conservation.
