Menu

Open for lunch and dinner, L’Atelier proposes a menu that draws on Mauritian influences with a touch of French and international cuisine. Salads are served alongside the stars of the grill and revisited Mauritian specialities. A selection of burgers, sandwiches, pastas and pizzas complete the menu.

The chef

Born on the east coast of Mauritius, Chef Vijendra Kundun fell in love with fine cuisine from an early age. So much that at the age of 18, he began his career as a trainee cook. A few years later, he travelled the world from Dubai to Tanzania, passing through cruise ships in order to gain the best experiences.

This is how he ended up working in the kitchen of Chef Yannick Alleno, 3 Michelin stars. His dedication, passion and discoveries have contributed to the success of his career path. His new challenge is to revisit authentic culinary creations that the taste buds are not ready to forget any time soon!

Chef Vinjendra Kundun Atelier Restaurant
